Fulfilment of Orders

Where multiple items are purchased in an order customers may receive separate packages. Where multiple orders are placed we are unable to combine orders retrospectively due to short fulfilment times.

Dubarry of Ireland endeavors to fulfil every order in the shortest possible time (typically 1-3 working days where items are in stock at our NL point of distribution and up to 6-8 days where items may need to ship from our headquarters in Ireland. There are no additional duties or taxes charged on shipment from the Irish warehouse).

Taxation

Customers outside the EU (Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Canada, Singapore etc.) are not charged Value Added Tax (VAT) but are responsible for the payment of any local applicable taxes including import duties which may be charged by your border and duty authority directly to you on delivery. These charges will vary depending on your country of residence. We cannot accept responsibility for these charges.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders may only be cancelled before shipping. Full refund will be processed on day of cancellation but it can take the payment provider 1-2 working days to return funds to your account.
