Our Guarantee
At Dubarry we take great care and pride in designing and crafting all our products. We use only the best raw materials, manufactured to the highest standards. It is our objective that every product should be fit for purpose.
All products are guaranteed against defects in materials, and workmanship, for one year from the date of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected. Normal wear and tear, or accidental damage to the item, are not covered under warranty.
Claim if purchased from a Retailer
In the event that a Dubarry product does not match up to our standards, within the warranty period, please return it, along with proof of purchase, to the retailer from where it was purchased.
It will be returned to us for repair, or replacement if repair is not possible. Please note that failure to follow our care guidelines will result in the goods not being covered by warranty.
Claim if purchased direct from Dubarry
If you purchased directly from Dubarry online, or at an event, you should send pictures of the fault by email to europe@dubarry.com please for initial customer service assessment. Our Warranty department will get back to you promptly about your claim.
