Exchanges

We do not offer a separate process for exchanges. If you wish to exchange your order for a different size, colour or style, you should return your order for refund, and place a separate new order, through the website.

Request Order Cancellation (EU Right of Withdrawal from contract):

Form to request an order cancellation up to 14 days after initial order was placed in line with EU right of Withdrawal legislation. Cancellation request.

If the order has already been shipped you will remain responsible for the return of the goods in line with our returns process. You will not receive your refund until the returned product has been received by us.

Returns

Purchased from a Retail Store

Under consumer law, if you purchased your item from a retail store you must return it through that store, irrespective of the reason for the return. Your purchase contract is with that Retail Store.

Purchased direct from Dubarry on the Web

If you are not completely satisfied with your order from Dubarry we will refund the cost of the item within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all labelling and swing tags intact. You cannot be refunded if this is not the case.

European Union
We offer free returns within the European Union. To use our return service via Fedex, simply follow the steps below:
- Send an email to our service department at europe@dubarry.com
- We will send you a link to create a return label
- Print the return label and affix it clearly to the package

Rest of World
You can return using the carrier of your choice (please use a registered service), at your own cost, addressed to:

For return shipments from non-EU countries and Scandinavian countries, we kindly ask you to provide our email address europe@dubarry.com to the carrier. This allows us to correctly track your return shipment and process it with care.
